We manufacture pressure vessels for a wide range of applications in the process industry, custom-built according to customer drawings and specific application requirements. They reliably withstand overpressure, vacuum, and aggressive media, and are designed for high operating pressures, fluctuating loads, and thermal cycles. Tight manufacturing tolerances, end-to-end material traceability, and comprehensive test documentation ensure that every vessel remains dimensionally stable and meets testing standards even under extreme conditions.
Absolute reliability in extreme heat
When hundreds of metric tons of molten steel are suspended from a crane, the quality of the weld seams determines whether lives are saved or lost. That is why we use heat-resistant special steels and heavily reinforced support pins in our ladles, and we inspect every safety-critical weld multiple times. We ensure the quality of every production step through comprehensive material traceability and testing in accordance with industry standards.
Manufacturing up to these dimensions
We manufacture components with diameters of up to 5 meters and single-piece heights of up to 6 meters. We produce individual components weighing up to 150 metric tons and with wall thicknesses of up to 100 mm. We can also easily produce multi-part assemblies to flexibly meet complex requirements.
